If you are unhappy with your print for any reason, just send it back within 30 days, and providing it is in similar condition to that when it was shipped you will receive a full refund,or if you wish, we replace it. Any photograph damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge upon return of the original. I would like to have the print framed but I want a different frame to those that you list. We will be happy to provide you with an unframed print so that you may have it framed by someone with a more extensive variety of commercial mass produced frame mouldings. How are your prints produced? All prints are currently made on Hewlett Packard Premium paper using Hewlett Packard series 85 ink set. This provides a print life exceeding 70 years when displayed under glass. These figures come from testing by Wilhelm Imaging Research.
